2. Payments and Billing

• • Medicity Specialty Laboratory accepts the payment through the IndusInd Bank PayU online gateway. The payment process acknowledges the following terms:
• • All fees payable at the time of booking or using service are paid.
• • The information about the card provided must be accurate, complete, and current.
• • Any failure of making payment due to false information or insufficient account will be entirely the responsibility of the patient or payee.

3. Refund Policy

We aim to make our billing as transparent as possible while making the experience of all our patients smooth. We refund in certain conditions that are given below:

Eligibility for Refund:

• • The services could not be provided because of circumstances that were unforeseen.
• • The billing errors have been confirmed and found.
• • Overpayments were made.
• • Cancellations were made before the appointment within the specified time period.

Refund Procedure:

• • Contact us, including the contact details in a message, for the initial act of requesting a refund, along with a very concise note stating why you request such a refund, accompanied with your transaction ID.
• • The assessment for processing will take only up to three working days coming from our billing department when approving your refund.
• • An authorized refund will be directed toward the original method by which the transaction was concluded using the same means whereby that payment was received in that original form.
